ISSUE EXPERIENCED

When in team ranked game and timer countdowns to zero, image jumps to loading screen.
Loading screen instantly freezes and is missing all player details.
After 20s, game jumps back to main menu with no way of returning to game.
After 1-2 min, teammates see my player disconnecting from the match

There is no way of reproducing this, it happens once between 50 to 100 games.
Was not able to identify any reason to this.
There can be multiple games before and after this issue that work normally.
