Game freezes and shut down who do i talk to to fix this

I am having problem with the game it freezes in the middle of a battle then shut down i have to sign back in this have happen 3 time and have cost me 21 crowns who do I talk to about this and is this happen to anyone else

My game freezes and crashes on the main menu after the user ID shows up. So, yeah…

age of empires need to fix this issue it’s I am loosing crown because of this so far I have lost 20 crown
