Game freezes, no logs produced

Hi all,

I’m having a problem with some games I play where the game will freeze. After a while, windows will tell me that the program has stopped responding. This happens in about half of the games I play and I can’t really see a pattern,
Unfortunately it doesn’t seem to produce any logs. The most recent log in the C:\Users[username]\Games\Age of Empires 2 DE\logs from the most recent crash (about 10 minutes ago) was updated 3 hours ago.

Are any other logs produced somewhere so I can try to work out what is going on?

Update, the latest patch seems to have fixed this.

You’re so lucky. My situation didn’t change with the last patch.

Could you share your pc specs so I could compare them with mine?

Sure, mine are:
Processor: 11th Gen i5-1135G7
Ram: 8GB
Graphics: Intel Iris Xe (integrated)
