Game freezes upon start or when trying to use Hespérides tree

Issue: computer completely freezes upon starting the game or when try using hesperides tree in game or any visually demanding power, my device scored 1400 points on the rendition test

Trigger Event:

Played an online match 3vs3 and tried using hesperides tree, computer completely froze and the computer will freeze upon executing the game ever since

Repro Steps:

  1. Start a match
  2. Advance until third or fourth age
  3. Use hesperides tree or any heavy power such as meteors or tornado

This will happen every time

I am facing the same issue. I have completed the fall of trident campaign ### ##### and mission 10 is of Titan campaign due to same issue. My game crashes instead of freezing.

The same seems to also happen in the single player campaign as any time the tree is on screen it crashes
