Game freezes when I click the chat button

:arrow_forward: ISSUE EXPERIENCED

When playing the game sometimes the game freezes when I click the chat window, the game still goes on but it is more like it doesn’t recognize any input I make. Usually happens in late game 4v4. If it makes any difference I experienced this multiple times in the CBA custom scenario, don’t know if it happens in other environments.

I guess you can say it happens 50% of the time in heated 4v4 games

:arrow_forward: REPRODUCTION STEPS

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Get to the late game in a 4v4
  2. Click the chat button to change the chat from allies to everyone or anything really
  3. The chat window doesn’t open and the game continues but you can’t make any input with mouse or keyboard

To continue the game normally

I’m experiencing the same problem since the latest update.

I play the game on Win10 and Steam. Difference is, that i run into this problem in 1v1 early games as well.

Same problem, freezes the game when I click the chat window. 4 vs 4 or 2 vs 2.

i noticed lately, that i can open the chat window exactly one time and the control freeze the 2nd time i open it. Dont know if that helps.
Need help - everyone thinks i’m a toxic player without manners (no gg, no glhf) :frowning:
