Few days ago, game started constantly freezing/stuttering. Game freezes for 0.5 sec to 2 sec ish, no idea why. Have unsubscribed/removed all mods, full uninstalled the game, updated drivers, tried on lowest settings. No other games having issues, neither is streaming netflix etc so not an internet issue, although it feels like one. Not experienced any crashes, game runs smoothly outside of the stutters
