Game is constantly switched to German for no reason

Every time I launch my game, the language is changed to German, even if it was not so when I closed the game. Moreover, trying to switch the language to English in the options menu does nothing. Switching it to a third language and then to English is a temporary workaround.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. restart game
