Game keeps softlocking every time opponent advances to heroic or mythic age

Issue:

Every time the opponent advances to heroic or mythic age, the game stops as though paused… Menu works but won’t actually quit the game.
(use the upload button image to include a picture or video of the issue in action if possible)

Trigger Event:

AI opponent advances to heroic or mythic age
(this could be an action you or another player took right before the issue started)

Repro Steps:

  1. play the game until opponent advances ages.
  2. I was able to reproduce this bug at least 3-4 times in a row
