Up until about a minute ago, my program was working. It now states that I am offline, and need to allow it a permission to run it regularly. I tried restarting the computer, but I am experiencing the same error.
It will not let me screenshot the statement below, but ironically will let me cut and paste it.
“You need to be online to open this on this device. To open this on this device when offline, go to the ‘Offline Permissions’ setting in the Store Settings page. You can change this setting the next time you go online.”
