single player and lan work fine multiplayer says.

no xbox live service connection. multiplayer and cloud storage is unable till you connect

deleted folder
C:\Users\Douglas Geiger\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MSDallas_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\Games\Age of Empires DE

and restart still nothing.

Happens once a month and I must delete everything and reinstall everything. With steam this wouldn’t happen so hopefully someone can find a solution to this.

@AB08600 have you experienced a similar issue? Please elaborate and provide your specs if so.

@dougisawsomee Do you have a different machine (hardware) to try this on to reproduce it? Adding your specs would be helpful in analyzing.
