Game will not launch

I’ve downloaded the game and get the “Play” button when I go to the game in the Microsoft Store. I also have shortcuts in my menu screen but those will not launch the game either.

I can’t even find where the game downloaded on my computer. I have a HDD and SSD. I’ve tried installing it on both and neither time can I find where it’s installed. It must be somewhere because it appears to be taking up space.

My computer details:

Acer Aspire A517-51G
Processor: Intel Core i7-8550U
Ram: 12.0 GB
OS: Windows 10 Home
OS Build: 18362.535

Any help greatly appreciated. Would love to play this game on my laptop.
