Game will not start

I started playing aoe4 no problems at all,played through the whole-intro/tutorial,but then i started the campaign and watched the video and it went to loading screen and crashed and now the game will not start at all and i even uninstalled and reinstalled the game.Anybody else having this problem?thanks guys

Intel Core i5-7600 3.8Ghz quad core oc 4.8ghz
Patriot i5 Viper II 1600Mhz 16GB
MSI z270 gaming plus MOBO
MSI RTX 3070ti Gaming X trio
windows 10 64BIT

also drivers are up to date

Did you try to find the solution because I have the same case as you?

I added the game to windows defender malware list,that fixed it

I have excluded the game in windows and it still does not work
I have an i3-8100 with a geforce 1060 graphics card
12gb ram
I’m running on windows 11
I don’t think that’s the problem
