GAMEBREAKING - No age up button in Town Center

There is no age up button in my game, so I am stuck in Age I and cannot progress further.

Repro steps:
0. Rename file extension to .mythsav instead of .mythrec (since mythrec isn’t supported here for some reason).
No age up X.mythrec (3.1 MB)

  1. Load the savegame.
  2. Click on Town Center.
  3. There is no button for advancing to age II.
