Dont know the reason, and no repro steps, but sometimes it seem to occur that tax at some random buildings cannot be collected. For isntance right now, 1 Mill is bugged out. Not sure if just visual UI.
It states Mill has 220 Coins accumuluated. For some reason though it wont let me collect manually.
Autocollect is also rather inconsistent on this specific mill.
