This is a new one on me. So, on last El Cid Campaign and blue and yellow caught me dinking with villagers and took down 2 gates. I either repaired them or replaced them. The 2 gates I replaced started opening and closing really fast. Then I repaired another gate and it started dong it. Lost another gate to blue and then they all started doing it once I replaced. Had to quit the game (good cuz I was getting double teamed), and I saw another thread with maybe the same issue, but I couldn’t watch the video. Still there from the saves so going to have to restart from the beginning.
FREQUENCY OF ISSUE
100% of the time / matches I play (ALWAYS)
Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:
- Load single player campaign, El Cid #5 - Reconquista
- Let light blue take down the gate closest to your castle.
- Let yellow take down the gate by your dock.
- Rebuild them.
- Let light blue take down the gate by the gold pile.
- Repair or rebuild all gates.
Gates should open and close normally, not be a revolving door.

GAME FILES (SAVE / RECORDING)
*Both Autosaves and record files.
I’ve found a similar thing in Ivaylo 3, where the gates just open and shut for the entire game in the city. Not sure about if you replace them, because I deemed it unnecessary.
Hi @LeaWildcat !
Thanks for reporting to us this issue related with gates, we are now tracking this issue!
@TheConqueror753 do you have a recorded game where this issue is present in Ivaylo 3? I could not reproduce it
This happened to me as well, in the fourth Hautevilles scenario. Towards the end of this recorded game you can see the two gates in the southeast corner start going nuts and the orange horde re-pathing to travel through them.
They supposedly fixed it with the update, I guess we will see.
You have this issue in 61321 @LeaWildcat ?
Can’t open the save where this was happening, but can try a replay later today.
