Gaunlet: Same blessing vanishes. Intended?

As in title, after acquiring the same blessing it is nowhere to be found. Specifically, I had a Heroic Hades’ Watchful Eyes(Myth HP) from my initial stack, and acquired the same mid-run. Now only one is available.

I feel like the blessing should

  1. at least upgrade to combined rarity (max Divine).
  2. Optimally both should exists and their effects should stack.
  3. Alternatively they should not be available at all, after combined rarity is divine.
