Geometry after Trebuchet nerf

Hello everyone! I would like to discuss some moment with Geometry Upgrade for Trebuchets. All we know that last patch nerf all trebuchets for all civs. IMO current Geometry become useless because it increase only base trebuchet damage (40dmg) before nefr it was 50. But even with 50 damage it was useless in terms that trebuchet is anti-building unit which have bonus damage (375dmg) against buildings and this bonus damage to not receive bonus from Geometry upgrade. So we have situation when +20%dmg in theory in fact gives only +1.9% bonus damage to buildings. Of course we have English trebs with AOE effect but serious? only +8 damage to them?
SO what do you think? When you use this upgrade?

YEAH, this is the topic I wanted to open.

However, it must be emphasized that it is not only after the nerf, but that the problem existed before, since the changes of fourth Season.

GEOMETRY ONLY INCREASES 10 DAMAGE TO THE TREBUCHET, BUT IT COSTS 300w 700g!

And with the buff now it’s worse:

GEOMETRY ONLY INCREASES 8 DAMAGE TO THE TREBUCHET, BUT IT COSTS 150w 225w!

Did you see? Only 8 of attack, EIGHT! ¿Did you still believe that +8 eight damage to a siege weapon with a Rate of Fire of 12.5 seconds is useful is the best investment?

Honestly, does anyone here use trebuchet to attack units? No? So why does this technology exist? It only works for the English and Delhi Sultanate (Because is free), but for anothers civs? is useless waste of resources.

At least in the past, it served to bluff the attack of the Battering Rams by “30%” (+60 siegue attack), which was something important. But now it doesn’t even improve the damage vs Buildings, it doesn’t improve its bonus, just the flat attack.

SUGGESTION:
1.- Make the technology improve Trebushet’s Attack Bonus against buildings and ships.
2.- Make the technology improve the attack precision of the unit so that it is really more lethal against other units if it is not used against buildings… but beware that 8 damage is still quite useless.
3.- Give the trebuchet a new bonus aggainst units, or at least +40 of attack to become dangerous.

Problem would be solved by changing the bonus damage to a factor.
Like in aoe3.
For example:
50 dmg
x6 against buildings = 300dmg against buildings.
Upgrading the base dmg would then have the correct effect.

This tech should increase the Trebuchet percentage of damage added to buildings, or increase firing accuracy of Trebuchet.

For now, this technology is completely useless.
