German localisation for Elite Cannon Galleon got screwed up in the latest hotfix

The German localisation for the Elite Cannon Galleon got screwed up in the latest Hotfix.
String 26573 should say “Elite-Kanonenschiff bauen (‹cost›)…”,
since Hotfix 85614 it says “Kanonenschiff bauen (‹cost›)…”, so it lost the “Elite-” prefix and gained a surplus “”.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

Set your game language to Deutsch (German)
Open the tech tree
Hover over the Elite Cannon Galleon
Behold!

EXPECTED RESULT

It is supposed to be called “Elite-Kanonenschiff”, not just “Kanonenschiff”. Also, the extra  tag is not supposed to be there.
