I get penalty for doing something I don’t do. Here is the message I get:
This is very annoying because it’s already difficult to find a game these days, so if I’ve to wait for 5 minutes between unsuccessful searches, this will become seriously problematic

Match making is searching, then it appears that he found a match. I’m waiting, waiting, waiting, then suddenly I get a message like the one below. I then try to find a match again, but it says I have the penalty.
