Pasture is more accurate than farm for nomadic civilization : mongols, huns, cumans, tatars.
Hei Guang Cavalry is more accurate for the chinese than the knight line with is european skin.

hei guang giving to chinese is whatever. but pasture is a significant eco bonus probably, so i wouldnt want to give it to the others unless they needed the buff.
