“Go to Building” hotkeys not working until building has been completed. Previously this would work once foundation was laid. Has been fixed before, but this broke once more a few patches back

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Try any "Go to " hotkey combination while building is being constructed.

Would go to building during it’s construction
