God power Tempest may crash or slow the game

Issue:

The new God power: “Tempest” (Major God Freyr, Minor God Aegir) slows the game significantly when cast. I have also experienced it caused the game to crash.

Trigger Event:

The god power Tempest is casted.

Repro Steps:

  1. Play a game as Freyr.
  2. Age up to Heroic age with Aegir.
  3. Cast Tempest.
