Golden Apples Technology does not work this patch

Issue: When you research golden apples the tech is shown applying to your villagers but you do not gather favor any faster.

Repro Steps: Research golden apples, check favor/min to see if it moves (it doesn’t)

This also applies to Zeus as his favor gathers at a rate of 1.0 and not 1.2 consistent with his bonus of 20% more favor.
