Golden Horde reinforcement techs no longer apply to new buildings after latest patch

Issue: Golden Horde Reinforcement techs only work on existing buildings

After the fix for the golden horde exploit where canceling and unpacking a building cart would result in more units than intended, the reinforcements techs now no longer apply extra production to buildings created after the techs are researched.

Repro Steps:

  1. Create multiple military production buildings of the same type (archery ranges, barracks, or stable)
  2. Research the reinforcement tech
  3. Create units, these will be in batches of 3
  4. Build more of the same military production buildings after the reinforcement tech finish
  5. Create units from the new buildings. These will be in batches of 2.

Reinforcements Technologies BUGGED



Red signals: 1.- stables builded before Reinforcement, 2.- stables builded after Reinforcement.
Yellow signals.- 2.- units produced in pairs, 3.- units produced in group of 3.


Confirmed, technologies that change the number of units from 2 to 3 only work with buildings already constructed before they are developed (Stables, Barracks, Shooting Ranges).

To reiterate: “Archery Range Reinforcements”, “Barracks Reinforcements”, & “Stables Reinforcements” do not work with new military buildings after they have been developed.

Please, correct this bug.
