Issue:

Building carts placed down after “Increased Supplies” is researched don’t benefit from the technology.

Trigger Event:

(what was happening at the time of the issue. this could be an action you or another player took right before the issue started)

Repro Steps:

  1. Age up with building carts in Age 2. Then age up to castle age to researched the “Increased Supplies” tech from blacksmith, and set down a building cart.
  2. 100% reproduction rate on PC.
