Greek + Alexander Campaing Crash on launch

Game crash on lauch of the Grand Campaign for both battle for greece and Alexander Campaign. Tried with all mod deactivated same result. Very disapointing. I bought Alexander dlc day 1 because i enjoyed greece campaign DLC.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Launch the game

2. Go to the greece DLC Sub menu

3. Select grand campaign then any of the 2 campaign

EXPECTED RESULT

As you can see I have the new version of the game

As you can see I can select civs from skirmish to play with no problem

As you can see the Grand Campaign allows me to select Battle for Greece or Alexander the Great

The game crashes and then I see that when I try to play either the Battle for Greece or Alexander the Great Grand Campaign

I have the DLC’s installed as you can see and I can’t play any of The Chronocles Grand Campaigns because of the aforementioned crash. My computer has Windows 11 and I have Microsoft Store version and have the Xbox app.

Same~~~problem, tried several times still crashed everytime

If you uninstall the battle for greece you can launch Alexanders campaign, but the units in it are invisible.

So that’s great. Reckon something to do with the previous dlc is causing issues. But at least they can potentially fix it sooner with this additional info.

New update popped up hoping this fixes the issue.

Came here for the same issue. Microsoft store version, both battle of greece and the new alexander campaign instant crashes when clicking.

Looks like there’s no audio for dialogs, does it have voice lines?

Fixed the audio issue.
I just changed the game language to english and back to my language fixed the problem.

I had the exact same issue and crash when I tried loading the game on launch day. I tried loading it yesterday and it worked fine. I did not change anything, perhaps an update was released in the last 2 days which fixed the issue.
