I don’t think I can count the amount of times I’ve encountered people who mangonel your base down for no reason. The reports don’t do anything, nobody believes they do anything. But they should. Having someone ruin an entire game because they’re a manchild is genuinely one of the most frustrating things you can experience in this game. They need to fix this shit immediately, because griefers aren’t being punished.
Are you talking about a team mate or an enemy?
Tbh I met such toxic players using friendly fire mangonel maybe once every 6 months. It’s not a big issue. Or maybe I am just lucky.
But I agree that it should be punished. Maybre a 24 hours ban after a certain quantity of friendly damage ?
A lot to make sure it’s really an anti fair-play behaviour.
Gargy, why are you talking about yourself in the third person?
Maybe just remove friendly-fire damage done to buildings? Then again, they could just kill your villagers instead.
Uh-huh. Sure. You act like him, so I doubt it.
I don’t believe you. Someone who acts like Gargarensis on the forum, shows up not long after his last account was banned, and randomly mentions Gargarensis in a thread cannot be anyone other than Gargarensis.
I have yet to be wrong. Gargy’s alts act in very predictable ways, and typically deny that they are him.
No way to do it, and they dont have the man power to punish everybody.
You need to define Grieving first, and make an announcement.
In some games, some players wall off relic and the resource that isn’t belong to them, they just don’t want other people to collect it. This is grieving too but I don’t see people mention it. They will report me if I resign for this so I used onager to kill their walls.
Still not wrong bub ![]()
I know. I’m beginning to feel like a detective.
I thought of the idea of actually stopping mangonels from doing it by making allied TCs take no damage from mangonels, possibly even villagers too. It’s extreme but if reports don’t do anything maybe they just need to stop people from doing it.
I’m starting to genuinely think this is a good idea. Maybe exclude walls, but stopping friendly fire on your buildings would stop a lot of this bs.
I think it should be really, really obvious that I’m talking about teammates. That’s why it’s griefing and not just…playing the game.
