Gurjara Fishing Ships don’t have the new seek shelter command.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Be Gurjaras
  2. Build Fishing Ship
  3. Observe new seek shelter command isn’t available.

:arrow_forward: EXPECTED RESULT

I’d expect Gurjara fishing ships to have this ability. IDK if this is an oversight, or was intentionally excluded.
