Gurjaras camel deal more than +40%bonus damage against camel unit (normal against cavalry unit)

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

(below included in save game file)

  1. create scenario in editor
  2. place a heavy camel rider with player1
  3. set player1 civ = Gurjaras and starting age = post-imperial age
  4. place another heavy camel rider with player2
  5. set player2 civ = Perisians and starting age = post-imperial age
  6. test to see how much damage Gurjaras camel deal

:arrow_forward: EXPECTED RESULT

Gurjaras heavy camel rider have 7+2 attack and opponent have 0+3 melee amror
damage without bonus = 7+2-3 = 6
regular bonus damage against camel = 9
expected bonus damage = 9*1.4 = 12.6
expected total damage = 6+12.6 = 18.6

but Gurjaras heavy camel rider deal 21 damage to opponent camel
Gurjaras bonus damage = 21-6 = 15 which is more than 12.6

Paladin also placed to show the correct result
7+2-5+18*1.4 = 29.2
