What if I run an update patch and there are no changes??
In the meantime, the rewards of the event challenge are constantly missing.
Even though I inquired by e-mail like that, I don’t listen to the users.
The compensation is missing!!!
No reward save at all, no change at all. Why leave it unattended??
Every time I type in the rankings, I get a message, but the bug still doesn’t fix???

I spoke with our Senior Customer Support Manager and the main Support Agent that has been replying to your Support Tickets, in order to get some clarification about what is going on.
They were able to confirm an issue that is affecting a number of players, your account included.
It sounds like several players have reported that they are getting spammed by messages of a new reward being available when they go to play certain Game Modes, but when they go to check for the reward, that specific reward isn’t appearing in their list, or displays as greyed out / not unlocked.
This ultimately means that on the back end, your Profile does actually have these items earned/unlocked, which is why Support can’t offer to manually grant each individual reward to you. Doing so will not make the rewards suddenly appear in game for you.
The bug that has now been identified by the developers, is causing these items to not show up when you go to equip them, and the developers are planning a fix in a coming update that will force these earned rewards to appear in your Profile’s listed rewards.
I wish I could provide a quicker solution to you, but from what I have been informed of, the only way to correct the issue is to wait until the developers can fix the specific issue effecting you and these other players.

Sounds better than any of my support ticks… but they could just put it in the general/known bugs so they don’t get spammed so much… let’s hope it works eventually and there’s a way we can still get the stuff.

If you have any missing Portraits, Coat of Arms, or Monument rewards that were successfully earned during a Season or during an Event, whether they do not display at all or they do appear but remain locked / greyed out, those Portraits, Coat of Arms, or Monument rewards should appear and become available to equip after the fix is applied.
Wait for the next update patch. Let’s be patient. (There were also additional answers.)

Is this issue still being examined by the Dev Team? Do we think we might get a fix this year?
Thank you for your hard work, I am loving the game and the new patch is hype. I would love for the rewards that keep getting added to the game to be something that I can interact with though, but I understand (and agree) that gameplay is the priority.

How long do I really leave it uncorrected? I’m truly wondering. Even though it’s been about 5 months since I’ve sent the issue many times, I haven’t fixed the missing bug for compensation.
Even though the number of unfair victims who do not receive compensation is increasing, they are still neglected.
