Hardest AI doesn't surrender/unlock achievements after douche

Tried to get the Barbaric Manners (beat hardest AI) and Homeless (delete starting tc and win) achievements with a douche. Hardest AI doesn’t surrender and the game will only end when you’ve killed all villagers and destroyed all of his production buildings. No achievements will unlock. When I tried this vs the Extreme AI for the Prominent Player and Homeless achievement he surrendered after the douche and I killed his tc and all but 5 villagers and his scout and got both achievements. Then tried Barbaric Manners again with Spanish so I could also get Supremely Unexpected (win as Spanish while only creating vills) and the same thing happened as the first game. AI didn’t surrender and the game ended when I killed his tc, all vils and dock (last production building).

:arrow_forward: REPRODUCTION STEPS

Here’s how to reproduce the issue:

  1. Start game vs Hardest AI. Civs don’t matter, I have used both Persians and Spanish for this.
  2. Get 21-24 vills and do a douche.
  3. Kill the AI’s tc and vill’s, start vill fighting when his tc dies.
  4. Destroy his last production building (barracks or docks most likely)
  5. Game ends and no achievements triggers
