Having One Wonder Destroyed Destroys all Wonder Timers

Issue:

If you have built multiple wonders in a game with wonder victory, should one get destroyed all of your wonder timers will be removed. This is different from Age of Empires II (2013) where they were tied to the individual Wonder.

Reproduction Steps:

  1. Build multiple Wonders in a game with Wonder Victory enabled.
  2. Have a Wonder be destroyed.
  3. Cry because your Wonder timer has disappeared.
