Having trouble updating mod

Having an issue where my mods do not want to update.

After trying to update a mod, all it has is this loading screen indefinitely. Does not come out with error or anything, just won’t stop loading.

I have also already tried updating it via the aoe website, but have faced similar issues. Does not give me any errors but still won’t actually update.

Yeah, I suspect the publishing/updating mod API is completely down server side at microsoft or somerthing, or at least the closest one to US east is if there is multiple. I can’t update or publish mods either, just spins forever like your picture.
