The None civilization option for the Healer (xpMedicineMan) is mismatched as it uses IroquoisCanoeSelect and IroquoisMedicineManAcknowledge.

While verifying the issue in the file, I stumbled across a second issue: work was done to add a Mayan voice for the Mexicans, but it only has an entry for Select and no counterpart for Acknowledge.
