Heavy Pikeman upgrade for Pikeman

I would like Heavy Pikeman as an upgrade for Pikeman before or instead of the Halbedier upgrade.

I would like to see them in standard and multiplayer games and some civilizations that don’t have the Halbedier upgrade can then upgrade their pikeman to Heavy pikemen that have 20 HP more.

I understand, you said you would like it. That’s not a reason however. These civs are missing halberdier for a reason. You need to argue against that reason if you want such a change to happen.
