High Pop scenarios?

Will this game have less lag with bigger armies in mods/scenarios? Could we have crazy scenarios with massive armies? With 1000 pop for each player. Insane Diplomacy Europe games. Or crazy 4v4 michi maps with massive armies.

Ranked be 200 pop as normal.

I think they will have it like Age 2 where you can trigger players to have as much pop as u want.

it should lag less if the game engine uses CPU fully
