I’m a little disappointed with some of the upgrades to certain cites. Seems to be fully upgraded, can take 20-25 levels for a city to well over 60+!!! Some upgrade seem far too much. like sky changes on most cities is just ONE level, but yet in others its 15 to 20 levels!!!

Just cheese it by going skirmish typing nova & orion 3x then resign and quit and repeat that over and over to get the max xp per match really fast.
