@PCDragon3979 How do I proceed to the phase after the Pecheneg attack in scenario #1? I was never able to activate any trigger that would make me evacuate the first camp and enable the next objectives, even after losing all my military units and nearly all villagers and buildings.
Which part of the scenario did you encounter problems?
The beginning of the scenario, or after you defeat the Bulgarians?
@PCDragon3979 At the beginning, when the enormous Pecheneg horde attacks my first camp. I was never able to proceed to the phase of fighting the Bulgarians.
Hi, I’d like to know how to proceed to the post-Pecheneg invasion phase of scenario 1, since you did not answer this question yet.
- At the start, flee to the flagged area to start your town.
- Wait out for 30-45 minutes and build your camp before starting the mission to subdue the Bulgarians.
- When Bulgarians are defeated, the Pechenegs will send a huge undefeatable army to attack, so you must flee to the west.
Much like a simplified version of the HD Edition scenario.

I think I’ve discovered why I could not thrive in this scenario. The Pechenegs’ raids on my town (not counting the final one which forces me to flee to the west) are too strong for Standard level. There were so many Pecheneg riders attacking me that I used to think it was the ultimate Pecheneg invasion which would force me to leave my camp.
