For Ayyubids, the unique upgrade “Siege Carpentry” in the Siege Workshop is in the “S” spot, but uses the default “X” hotkey for “Upgrade Camel Support” from the House of Wisdom instead.

Fix: Make new Siege Workshop hotkey for “Siege Carpentry”.
