For Ayyubids, the unique upgrade “Sultan’s Mamluks” in the Blacksmith is in the “Z” spot, but uses the default “W” hotkey for “Upgrade Boot Camp” from the House of Wisdom instead.

Fix: Make new Blacksmith hotkey for “Sultan’s Mamluks”.
