Hotkey - Japanese Forge (Mining Camp + Blacksmith) - Missing separate hotkey for Villager Mining Upgrade to prevent conflict with Melee Attack Upgrade in Fully Remappable Layout

For Japanese, their Forge (Mining Camp + Blacksmith) unique building has both the Melee Attack Upgrade (“Q” spot) and the Villager Mining Upgrade (“Z” spot).

The Villager Mining Upgrade inside the Forge uses the normal Mining Camp Hotkey (“Q”) from other Civs instead of a new separate hotkey. This means you cannot change the Forge’s Mining Upgrade to “Z” without also affecting the Mining Camp Hotkeys for other Civs.

Fix: Make a new unique hotkey for Forge for the Villager Mining Upgrade.
