Hotkey not working

Issue:

I can’t use the key Z to ungarrison my TC. Had to change it.

Reproduction Steps:

  1. Just put vills in our TC and try to ungarrison using the hotkey Z.

Second this, I had hotkey ‘X’ for this and that doesn’t work anymore. Hint for developers: the overlay shows that the hotkey is now ‘G’, which is probably the default, so it seems to point to an unintended hotkey reset.
