Hotkey profiles still reset every time the game is launched

As described in the title. Every time the game is launched, it defaults to an old hotkey profile of mine and I have to change to my new one.

100% of the time / matches I play (ALWAYS)

  1. Launch game
  2. Check hotkey profile
  3. It’s the wrong one

My previously selected hotkey profile should remain selected

Happens again at #153015. Looks like a regression. In my case I have QWERTZ keyboard layout and specific hotkeys altered from QWERTY (issue there is that the Y key is unmapped and Z is mapped to the binding; positions are swapped).

hotkey of main go to TC and secondary go to TC arent saving when changed, have to change it everygame, modded game or not just wont save
