If you have an Jaggelion Native and build at trading post and use the balance of power ability it will work fine
But if you delete after you use balance of power and let a teamate use the trading post, when you get the trading post back and use the balance of power again it will go into a very long cooldown of more then +15 minutes until eventually resets and lets you use again.
