steph_mountain is a notorious cheater, reported a dozen times by people. They even posted on reddit admitting they’re cheating, braggin about it.
Did you send that screenshot in a support ticket? If not, do that. provide steam id, profile id, aoe4world link to that game, and the screenshot and link to video. (steam id 76561198233026392, profile id 9700832, link to match Steph_mountain's Game – AoE4 World , match id is 124545572)
