# How can I access the files of the "Player Icons"

So I’m working on a mod to change many player icons, I was able to change a lot by “intuition” but I also wanna change the animated ones, is there a way for me to access the files? I found out what the name of the files is but can I actually see the files? so I know exactly the proportions of the image inside the file to create the gif? is there a program that helps with that?
