I have been trying to get my account to work for a while now even with the tools from the management page with resetting my password and even calling Microsoft for help and emailing the address that is given. No one has been able to help or answer my question. I just want to play with my friends and all I need is a account for age of empires 3. I have the game and the cd key and product code and account name but the password never wants to work please help.
