How do I disable the delay on the unit/building command box tooltips?

Something I’ve noticed in the game is that there is a short delay of about half of a second to one second when hovering over a specific command in the command box. For example, when I hover over, let’s say a barracks style building in a villagers menu it takes a second for advanced information (cost, actual name of building, description of building and time to construct) to pop up. I looked in settings, and while I found a ‘world tooltip delay (milliseconds)’ in the settings under ‘UI’ and set that to 0 to get fast information when i hover over a resource, unit or building on screen, there seems to be no such option for the command box tooltips. In a competitive game I want information as fast as possible, so I ask everyone, is there an option to disable or change that delay that I may have missed in my look through the settings or is it just not there and the developers need to add it?

For example, hovering over the ‘no attack stance’ button on these chariot archers takes a second to pop up.

Whereas with ‘world tooltip delay (milliseconds)’ set to 0 I can see this popup immediately, as I prefer it.

Yeah this is an issue I noticed too, I don’t think there’s currently a way to do it, but there absolutely should be.

For added context here is a video. See how it takes a second to get the information about the villager (cost, time to train, build limit, etc)? If I could have a way to disable that it would help me and a ton of people in the community out. (If I was in charge the delay would be off by default, there is no reason to force the player to face an artificial time penalty for double checking information, and those that turn it off would have a bigger advantage over less experienced players who don’t know that they need to dive deep into options to optimize their gameplay)
