How do I see me and my enemies rank when paying the game at the top of the screen?

I see it on Twitch, where the players show both their ranks in the top of their game screen. How? Thanks!

You can’t see that in game I think it’s some kind of overlay streamers use for casting.

There is a program called CELO in CoH2

I used it a lot in teamgames to know of which player to care off and who is not such a threat.

Would be really handy
