How I got rid of Menu-Lag and Lag ingame in general

Notebook Specs:

  • Intel i7 7700HQ
  • Intel 630HD
  • Nvidia Geforce GTX 1050M
  • 16GB ram
  • 512GB SSD
  • Internal Monitor disabled.

External Monitor 2560 x 1440 pixels @ 75hz over HDMI 1.4

After each reboot it seems to be necessary to disable and then enable the Intel graphic card in the Device Manager to get it initialized and functioning correctly.

By doing so the Benchmark score goes up to an acceptable 1122.8 on my desired resolution of 1440p with all settings on low.

Here are the Steps:

  1. Press start and search for Device Manager:
  2. Click on Display Adapter
  3. Right Click on The Intel HD Graphics → Disable Device
  4. Wait a few seconds and then enable it again.

The graphics should work fine now.

Do it at your own risk.
